CONTRACTOR CUPCCAA REGISTRATION PROCESS AND LIST
 
Twin Rivers provides notification of Informal Public Works Project Bids directly to contractors, under the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (Sec. 22000 of CA Public Contract Code), also known “CUPCCAA.”  CUPCCAA bidding applies to projects with estimates between $60,000 and $200,000.  Notification of these bid opportunities are emailed to the District’s list of registered CUPCCAA Contractors holding the license(s) required for the project.  Contractors may apply for CUPCCAA registration online through Colbi Quality Bidders to be approved and receive the bid notifications.  Applications are renewed yearly, and the process is free.  Please click on the link below to register as a Twin Rivers CUPCCAA Contractor.
 
 
 
CONTRACTOR PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCESS AND LIST
 
Prequalification of General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors is required under CA Public Contract Code Sec. 20111.6, on state-funded projects of $1 million or more.  Contractors may apply for prequalification online through Colbi Quality Bidders, by clicking on the link below.  The process can take 2 to 3 weeks, requires submission of financial information, and must be renewed yearly.  (Note: for certain Lease Leaseback projects, separate prequalification may be required specific to the nature of the project, and this would be noted in the Lease Leaseback RFQ.)

The Vendor Application helps the Purchasing Department keep record of vendors interested in doing business with Twin Rivers Unified School District. The applications will be kept on file for reference when looking for products and services, requesting quotes, or sending notifications out for RFP and Bids. This application does not pre-qualify or register vendors for preference in choosing a company to purchase from. All products and services are purchased through a centralized purchasing process following competitive quoting and bidding regulations.
