The English Learner Services and Special Projects and Equity Departments have Family and Community Liaisons (FCL) placed throughout the Foothill, Grant, Highlands, and Rio Linda Vertical Articulation Network focused on building family-school partnership linked to student learning. 

 

The focus areas for the 24-25 school year are centered on academic engagement, linking families to resources, creating welcoming environments, and home-school communication. In addition, FCLs are supporting school site with their School Site Councils and ELACs (English Learner Advisory Committee).
